    ~ Op dieet ~

    Jaja, je leest het goed... vanaf morgen (maandag 7 augustus dus) gaat Micky (en ook haar man) op dieet... Ik heb me ingeschreven bij www.dieetlijn.com en krijg vanaf nu een receptenlijst van een hele week wat ik mag (moet) eten.
     
    Maar dit wil dus niet zeggen dat jullie allemaal op dieet moeten he!
     
    Ik zal hier nog regelmatig lekkere (minder gezonde) dingen opzetten, maar af en toe een supergezonde maaltijd moet toch kunnen nietwaar?
     
    Dus morgen staat op het programma : gegrild varkensvlees met mangosaus... nu vraag ik me af of ik een zo'n speciale grilplaat moet gaan halen of dat ik het in een gewone tefalpan ook kan klaren... zal ik morgen wel laten weten....
     
    Het recept vind je ergens op www.dieetlijn.com want ik denk niet dat ik dat zomaar hier mag neerzetten... ivm met rechten enzo he...
    maar ik zal wel laten weten hoe het gesmaakt heeft en vooral wat m'n man ervan vond hihihi... da's nl ook wel een smulpaap hoor!
    En moet toegeven dat ik hem op culinair vlak nogal verwend heb hihihi... Nu kunnen we tenminste samen op dieet en hoef ik het niet helemaal alleen te doen he!
